Thank You for your order of our Angler Pro Cable, following is instructions for installing:

Please pay close attention to how your current rope runs through your existing bracket system.

Cut the knot off of your rope. Pull your rope out then feed the Angler Pro Cable through the exact same way your old rope came out.

Run the cable through your release pin.
Apply your current plastic bushing. (Motor Guide Only).
Then apply washer (supplied with cable) tie a knot in cable using 2 pair of pliers, cinch knot as tight as possible.

Cut off any extra cable. BE SURE TO LEAVE A 1 INCH TAG END. And That's it!

EXTRA STEP MOTOR GUIDE TROLLING MOTORS ONLY:
After installing cable, let trolling motor down, then at the top of your gator mount bracket apply rubber tape to the leading edge of bracket where cable rubs on sharp edge of bracket.
Be sure to clean area with alcohol before applying rubber tape.
Fold excess tape underneath bracket.
